There are 80 homesites in Spring Mountain Meadows, almost half of which are sold. While building lots are not currenly listed for sale, for those interested in building with their own architect and builder, we will work with you to choose the best homesite for you, and pricing is very competitive. Homesite Details
Each homesite building lot in Spring Mountain Meadows is unique with regards to exposure and views. What is the same is that each building lot has been elevated with engineered and compacted fill, has City of McCall water and sewer connections, and electric and phone ready to be connected. Once you purchase your homesite, you then draw plans, submit to the Spring Mountain Ranch Architectural Review committee, submit plans to the City of McCall, and with approved plans & building permit you can then begin construction. Our sales office is ready and available to assist you. Mike Maciaszek, head of sales, was also the Architectural Review Chairman for 3 years and sits on the board for Spring Mountain Ranch, as he has for the past 4 years.
