Spring Mountain Meadows (SMM) is part of Spring Mountain Ranch (SMR) including all amenities of SMR. HOA is $400/year for SMR. Currently there are no additional dues being collected for SMM. Due for SMM will begin Aug 1, 2010 and are estimated at $20 per homesite per month. Townhome dues are separately collected for the 4 existing townhomes.
