The centerpiece of the Spring Mountain community is the Spring Mountain "Ranch House", a gracious 4800 sf lodge constructed of hand-hewn timbers of white pine from Northern Idaho. The Ranch House is set on a prominent knoll overlooking the golf course and distant mountains, and was carefully designed by Bill Adams of Network Architects.

Spring Mountain Ranch was created in 1994, and is a private 400 acre planned residential community in McCall. Homes are set among magnificent stands of timber, rich meadows, aspen groves, and abundant wetlands, with Spring Mountain Meadows comprising 36 townhomes and 44 single family homesites.
